Art Students Rodeo Mural Collaborative
Mount Pleasant Rodeo Association

For two days over 40 High School Art Students from two school districts
worked together toward a common artistic goal of blocking in color and tone of this
rodeo themed mural. Throughout the two day collaboration the High School
Art Students excelled while painting on a large-scale

The project was completed by filling in the unpainted areas of the background to
connect visually with the students work. Hand painted lettering and over-sized
rodeo buckle with details were the finishing touches to this mural

All of the art students styles and expressions are part of this project

This collaborative project was organized and led by artist David Freeman
